Roslyn Gardens Competition
Entries close at midnight November 3 2008 and the winner will be notified via telephone. Be sure to include all of your contact details when you enter!
1) These conditions of entry relate to the Studio Brides Roslyn Gardens Promotion.
2) Promoted by Studio Magazines Ltd (ABN 23 002 485 305), Level 3, 101-111 William Street, East Sydney NSW.
3) By entering the competition, entrants shall be deemed to agree with these Conditions of Entry.
4) Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees, employees' friends or family, and the immediate families of the promoter and their associated advertising companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.
5) Participants may enter the competition via the online competition form.
6) To enter, participants are required to answer the following question: "Aside from your partner, who's the first person you'd show your wedding photos to and why?" and fill out the online survey.
7) The best answer will be selected as the winning entry.
8) Competition starts midnight (June 30 2008) and closes midnight (October 31 2008).
9) The personal information submitted on this entry form is collected by Studio Magazines and will be used to enter you in this competition and for the distribution of prizes. It may also be used to send you further information about Studio Magazines. To request your name not to be used for future marketing purposes please write to "Privacy Request - Marketing Department", Level 3, 101-111 William Street, East Sydney NSW with the details of the competition you entered.
10) There is one (1) prize to be won.
11) (One) winner will receive: (A complete wedding package at Roslyn Gardens Function Centre worth $25,000).
12) Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
13) Any costs incurred by accepting this prize, is at the expense and responsibility of the winner.
14) Winner will be drawn on November 3, 2008 at Studio Magazines, Level 3, 101-111 William Street, East Sydney NSW.
15) Winner will be notified by telephone or email by November 3 2008.
16) Studio Magazines takes no responsibility for lost or misdirected mail.
17) The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18) The package is for 120 guests with the function held in one of the following months: May, June, July or August 2009/2010 on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday with a function duration of five hours.
19) Roslyn Gardens Function Centre does not warrant or agree that any date is available, further, any date must be subject to negotiation with Roslyn Gardens, further, confirmation by Roslyn Gardens will only be given as to that date by the signing of a booking contract with Roslyn Gardens, in accordance with the Studio Brides Complete Wedding Package Giveaway Terms & Conditions.
